Wilder is a ground up, Opportunity Zone development opened in winter 2024. It sits at the edge of Denver’s Sloan Lake and West Colfax neighborhoods, adjacent to the Mile High Stadium commercial, residential, entertainment and transit district.

The building offers nine stories of Art Deco-inspired architecture amidst a natural backdrop. Wilder was designed by Davis Partnership Architects and includes an expansive art program: over 400 pieces of artwork were curated by NINE dot ARTS, a Denver-based, women-owned art consultancy. The collection includes five original commissioned pieces from local artists.

Wilder is Fitwel certified and amenities include a cutting-edge fitness center with yoga studio, two rooftop terraces with stunning city and mountain views, a rooftop plunge pool, and collaborative co-working spaces.
