Patrick Devine is the Senior Accounting Analyst at The Max Collaborative. He currently oversees accounting for the Van Aken District as well as Cycle Two properties at The Max Collaborative.

He began his career in property accounting for affordable housing with Rose Community Management. After a short time in corporate accounting, he felt called back to property accounting and its proximity to operations. He looks forward to learning more about development accounting, market rate properties and mixed-use properties from leadership. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, lifting and watching movies.

Patrick holds a bachelor's degree in Finance from Kent State.
